Here are some things to keep
in mind when submitting a PSA's:
- This free service
of Comcast is available to local non-profit organizations.
- PSA’s should
follow a simple format, and contain the following information:
- Organization
Name
- Announcement
Body (Service offered, event, etc.)
- Hours of operation
or date and time of event
- Contact information
(web site, email, phone number)
- If your PSA is
for a regularly occurring meeting/event (i.e. every 3rd Tuesday of the
month, every last Saturday of the month except December), please make
a note of this within your announcement.
It is not necessary to submit a new PSA every month.
- PSA’s are
limited to nine lines of text, or approximately a maximum of 50 words,
including contact information. PSA’s are subject to editing or
condensing to fit.
- A contact name
and phone number for our internal use is necessary to reach you in case
we have questions regarding the PSA. This contact information may differ
from the contact information within your PSA.
- There are four
ways to submit a PSA:
- ONLINE
- This is the preferred method. To send a PSA using an online form
or via email, click here. For future
reference, our two PSA email addresses are psa@calotv.com
and bill_board@cable.comcast.com.
Both addresses deliver email to the same mailbox.
- FAX
- Our FAX number is (925) 933-3195. Please include a cover sheet
stating, "ATTN: Community Bulletin Board"
- US
MAIL - Send your PSA's to:

- Hand
Delivery -
Same address as above. Our normal business hours are Monday-Friday,
8:30am-5:00pm. However, there may be times where we are in production
and won't be able to receive you personally. Therefore, we recommend
using one of the other three methods.
